WARRANTY AND PRECAUTIONS

IMPORTANT: You must remove the clear plastic safety cap that covers the bulb, before you use your DermaWand.

BROKEN BULBS

The glass bulb is not covered by the DermaWand product warranty. Always replace safety cap over the bulb when not in use. Be careful not to drop DermaWand when using because bulb may break. To repair a broken bulb, contact customer service at 1-866-677-0993 for warranty service. A $25 U.S. service fee applies to cover shipping and repair.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Make sure unit is unplugged when not in use.
  • Do not immerse in water, or use near water.
  • Do not use while in the bath, basin or other water vessel.
  • Dry hands completely before handling DermaWand.
  • Do not use if the bulb is broken.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Do not use near flammable liquid or substances.
  • Do not use in outdoor situations.
  • DermaWand is a sealed unit.
  • DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE CASE.
